How to Pay Maintenance Through Mail — How to List

In the modern world, almost all payments can be made online, i.e. without leaving home.

This situation also applies to the maintenance of moneys paid from time to time by the debtor to another person.

But they didn't outgrow themselves and everyone's famous mail money.

In what cases do they pay alimony through Russia's mail?

Maintenance obligations may arise:

  1. On a voluntary basis, it is understood that the parties shall conclude an oral or written agreement (simple or notarized) which shall establish, by mutual agreement, the amount of the payments, the mode of transfer and other conditions.
  2. In other words, payments are made on the basis of a court decision and are executed on the basis of an executive record sent to the bailiffs; it is in the executive document that all the conditions for the transfer of money are laid down.

How do bonus alimony, travel expenses, vacations, and material assistance, and how do you correctly calculate alimony from salary?

The payment process is carried out either by the payer himself or by the employing organization.

The frequency of payments is determined voluntarily or through a court, and may vary, for example, every month or quarter.

  • Hand-to-hand (don't forget to take a receipt of maintenance);
  • Transfer of payments through Russian mail;
  • by means of a payment transfer through a banking organization.

Bank cards and accounts are the most common and convenient way to translate.

The translation of maintenance by post is possible in all three of the above-mentioned ways.

But there are still a lot of citizens.They get alimony by post.and this relates to the following:

  • The location of the recipient or payee in a difficult area to reach, which is not accessible by the banking system or is difficult to access, and the post office is available in almost all localities.
  • It's not a small factor, especially for older people who often don't trust plastic cards.

Who can pay and receive alimony through mail?

In order to make and receive translations, it is necessary to be an adult citizen who has received a passport.

If the child is the recipient, his or her rights are represented by a legal representative on his or her own behalf and, accordingly, on the basis of his or her passport.

It follows that the consignee may be:

  • Child;
  • The spouse;
  • The parent;
  • Other relatives (if they do not have other relatives who are obliged to provide for them and they have raised the payer in good faith for at least five years in their time).

How to Regularize Translation

  4. Means of alerting;

Lawyers strongly recommend that this block be filled in in detail by indicating:

  • Maintenance of the child by F.I.O.;
  • The calculation period of payment;
  • Basis of the penalty (court decision, executive list number, number and date of payment agreement).

RELATING TO INFORMATION: If alimony is paid by court order, it must be specified: the calculation period, the number of days worked in the working month, the amount of wages, the amount of NPFL, the amount of retention.

At present, Russia ' s post office does not have a tracking system for translation.

When ordering a service, it is mandatory to indicate the choice of additional options.

Each is paid separately.

  1. ReceivedFunds held in the office for one month.
  2. At the end of the month, payment shall be sent back to the consignor.
  3. The sender himself, in view of the circumstances, may extend the period of storage of the translation by writing the relevant statement.

How to confirm the payment of maintenance by mail

  • The translation is confirmed by a receipt issued to the client by mail.
  • If contentious issues arise, it should be based on them.
  • A translation can be found at the post office by the name of the recipient or sender.
  • However, if the document is lost and the translation is never received and the staff members refuse to provide any assistance, they should contact management either orally or immediately in writing the claim.
  • If that did not help, it would help to seek the protection of their rights before the courts.

The translation on behalf of the organization is similar to that of an individual:

  • The same tariffs are maintained;

  • Provide passport data to an employee authorized to act on behalf of a legal person;
  • In the box" Additional "to indicate that the purpose of the payment —maintenance payments for a period of time for a particular employee.

Some rules should be followed when sending alimony to the post office:

Payment should be made according to the time specified in the executive list or in the agreement of the child ' s parents

  • between 1 and 6 months;
  • Once a year.

The amount of the sum to be sent must be the same as the amount of the penalty indicated in the documents.

  • The amount of the payer ' s income;
  • The period for which the benefit is paid;
  • The amount of tax withheld from income and accrued benefits;
  • The recipient ' s data.

The voluntary payment on the form should reflect:

  • Amount to be transferred;
  • recipient ' s information (name, address).

There are two types of translation that can be used to pay for alimony through mail:

  • Address translation: In this case, the recipient ' s address is indicated and the amount is only received in the specific office.
  • Only the recipient ' s data (name, name and patronymic) are indicated on an unattended translation, and the money can be obtained upon presentation of the passport in any office.

Rules for filling out the translation form

  • The face of a two-way form is filled in by the sender (a space bounded by a fat line) and the rear side by the addressee upon receipt and also in the space allocated.
  • If maintenance is sent by mail from the organization, the enterprise ' s details are indicated when filling in the data.

The payment of a fee for the service is provided for in each mail transfer, and this type of expenditure is the responsibility of the paying agent for the maintenance of a minor child.It is prohibited to transfer the fee to the parent receiving the payment.

The rate for the transfer of maintenance through mail depends on the amount and is as follows:

  • 40 roubles and 5 per cent of the sum if the payment is less than 1,000 roubles;
  • 50 rubles and 4% of the transfer is more than 1,000 rubles, but less than 5,000 rubles.
  • 150 roubles and 2% from the payment of 5,000 roubles to 20,000 roubles;
  • 250 roubles and 1.5 per cent for payment of 20,000 roubles to 500,000 roubles.

All material benefit documents should be retained; the form contains the amount and date of dispatch, so the document is proof of the amount of money paid and the timeliness of the shipment in the event of a dispute.

Attention! If the allocation of funds is not specified in detail, such amounts of alimony shall not be recognized or charged against their payment.

Time frame for disbursement of funds

Depending on the type of postal service, the distance to the point of receipt and the electronic communication system of the post office, the money listed may reach the destination within hours or days.

Attention, the maximum transit time should not exceed 8 working days.

If the transfer has not been received within the prescribed time limit, the recipient of the allowance may file a complaint with the bailiffs, who must verify the payment of the money by the payer ' s employer.

On voluntary transfer, it should be specified that the transfer is made directly to the sender of the money (the child ' s parent), who may write the claim statement to the office with a copy of the receipt attached.

Accounting entries for postage of benefit

When the management of the enterprise receives a copy of the payment agreement or the performance sheet from all types of earnings of the employee of the organization, the amount of the benefit shall be deducted on a monthly basis and credited to the payee ' s account.(article 109 of the Russian Federation).

The amount of the retention benefit shall be determined in a fixed amount or in a percentage (per cent) of the staff member ' s income; the calculation of the amount of the benefit shall be made only after the personal income tax has been withheld.

The cost of sending the money is borne by the payer.

The schedule is applied to the 70 (debeth) account, to which the employee's (payer's) income is credited, and to the 76 (Cancells with debtors and creditors) credit account, the "Alements" sub-account is opened in this account.

It should be borne in mind that not all the income from which retention payments are to be calculated is recorded in account 70 (Employment payments), for example, the return on the lease of real property is recorded in account 73 (Establishment payments for other transactions).

Receivable of the trustee ' s payment

If the former spouse with whom the minor child is living cannot personally receive the money due to the post office, another natural person may receive the allowance.

In order to obtain the money, the authorized citizen must have a notarized power of attorney from the recipient of the funds, how to issue a trust of alimony by post and what any notary must know, regardless of the territorial location of the latter.

The text of the power of attorney shall state:

  • The assignment of a document is a power of attorney for the receipt of money;
  • Place and date of issue;
  • Information on the trustee (name and patronymic, name, passport, place of residence);
  • Information on the trusted person (place of residence, name and patronymic, name, passport data);
  • The basis for payment of money (agreement, court decision) and the manner in which alimony will be paid by the payer (through mail, card, bill);
  • Information on the child for whom payment is made;
  • The details of the office where the payment is to be made;
  • Duration of the document;
  • The trustor's own signature.

Adds and consummations of post support payments

The transmission of money to the postal service is convenient if:

  • The recipient does not have the opportunity to receive personal pay at the payer ' s place of work;
  • There are no banking institutions in the area where the sender or recipient of the funds reside.

The ease of payment (how to list alimony by mail in each branch) and the reliability of the structure, confirmed by the lack of pressure from the judicial authorities or bailiffs, are important in choosing this method of money transfer.

How do you send alimony to an organization's post office?

Maintenance obligations include the transfer of funds for the maintenance of dependants; the maintenance worker may perform his duty voluntarily by signing the relevant agreement or by force, pending a court decision; the money shall be transferred to the recipient ' s account, the bank card or the post office in person.

The latter option is most relevant because of its simplicity, security, lack of demand and demand, and it is sufficient for the payer to fill out a form (112 ef) in the post office or to contact the manager with a view to changing the way in which maintenance is handed over if a request for retention has previously been made.

The latter option is relevant for formal employment.

Basic nuances of procedure

Maintenance through mail is transferred to all offices in the Russian Federation, and the payer will have to remember a few simple rules so that the funds reach the recipient and are taken into account:

Transfer funds for the maintenance of a dependant in accordance with the terms set out in the judgement or agreement between the parties:

  • Every 12 months;
  • Every six months;
  • once every 3 months;
  • Every month.

Send alimony within 3 days of receipt of income.

Transfer through the post office the amounts indicated in the document confirming the existence of maintenance obligations.

It is correct to complete the translation form by indicating the information justifying the payment and confirming the identity of the recipient and the sender.

On the basis of case law, lawyers recommend that the following be remembered:

  • For example, if the parties do not object to the transfer of funds by post, they must apply to the bailiff or change the contract of the notary according to the type of payment (voluntary, compulsory).
  • Payment of alimony through mail is very simple, but there are often controversial issues due to the incorrect filling-in of the form, especially the "message" graphs.Unfair recipients seek language: unless there is a word for "appliances" and a description of payment, the loaned alimony may be accepted as a gift. Payment under maintenance obligations will have to be made again.
  • Translations by post are often delayed. There is also a possibility of losing notice of receipt of money. Usually, the problem is the shortage of staff. It will be sufficient to come to the post office to determine the status of the transfer.
  • The receipts issued in the post office should be retained, and they would be a valid argument in a claim for non-payment of maintenance or recovery of damages. On the back of the cheques, it would be desirable to write additional information by hand (the amount transferred, the date, the existence of arrears, the remainder of the period of payment), such a measure would protect the citizen providing the funds for the maintenance of dependants and would not take long.
  • The commission is paid by the maintenance guy, and the total amount is the same.

If the recommendations and rules were followed, it would be simple and safe to provide support for the dependant through the post office; otherwise, there would be a greater likelihood of errors and litigation relating to late payments and arrears.

Filling-in of the postal translation form

Transfers may be sent after completion of the form 112 ef. The document is necessary for the transfer of funds by private individuals.Remittance is restricted in the territory of the Russian Federation. This form of maintenance is convenient because the post offices are located everywhere. The recipient of the funds is not required to open a bank account or to issue a plastic card. It is sufficient to receive notification and take the money. It is important to specify the following information in the statement itself:

Postal translation Amount of cash transferred (above figures below capital letters).
Receiver and sender Information on the recipient and sender of the transfer (place of residence, F. I. O.).
Communication The purpose of the transfer is, for example, to pay maintenance to a citizen of Nikatina Alle Borisovna for the month of March.
Presented document Requests for the maintenance passport submitted to the post office.
Nationality Nationality of sender.

At the end, the date of completion of the form and the signature of the maintenance worker are given; the information varies slightly depending on the form of payment (coercive or voluntary); if the citizen has ordered the court to pay alimony, the information must be provided in the executive form or the court order; if the parties voluntarily agree, they shall write the details of the contract drawn up between them.

The completed form is as follows:

The form can also be filled in online. The document should then be printed and made available to the post office officer. If necessary, the alimony will be delivered to the home. Notification of delivery can be obtained by means of a post. The service is paid and 1 ruble is written off for each text message.

Transfer of maintenance by the employer

The sending of alimony by post from the organization is permissible in the case of formal employment and presentation of the relevant documents to the employer (judicial decision, agreements).

In the case of ex gratia payments, a claim is also made for retention of a portion of the salary under maintenance obligations.

Documents may be delivered by the recipient of the money, by the employee himself or by the bailiff at the commencement of the execution proceedings.

Once the proof of maintenance has been provided, the "accountant's debt" becomes effective.Persons will begin to pay the retention monies for maintenance obligations within three days of the payment of the retention monies, and will pay the fee and other expenses to the maintenance worker. 2 types of postal transfers can be sent by Russian mail:

  • Regular postage;
  • == sync, corrected by elderman ==@elder_man

Transfers to the speed of delivery and to the commission are distinguished; you can visit the official website "Russian Post Office" or the nearest office.

Normal postage

A simple postal transfer is considered to be a beneficial and reliable method for the transfer of funds. Support payments are received to the recipient within five days of dispatch. If there is a delay, the following actions should be taken, depending on the form of payment:

  • If maintenance obligations are voluntarily fulfilled, the addressee should be sent to the post office where the transfer takes place and the reason for the delay should be clarified.
  • If the court had ordered the payment of alimony, it would be necessary to approach the bailiff. Legally speaking, it wasn't his fault. The Russian Post Office prevented the execution of the judgement and should be held accountable for the delay.

Once the funds are delivered to the designated post office, the notice will be sent to the addressee. The mailman will place it in the mailbox. When the "home delivery" point is indicated, the alimony will be delivered in person. If the recipient is not at home, the mailbox will be notified of the delivery of the funds. In that case, the addressee will take them to the post office. The consignor will have to pay the price. The shipping commission depends on the amount of maintenance:

Rubles Interest
Up to 1,000. 70 5
Up to 5,000. 80 4
Up to 20,000. 180 2
Up to 500,000. 280 1.5

Interest and a firm amount are paid at the same time; the transfer will require the recipient ' s passport and requisitions; the addressee will be able to collect the money upon notification of delivery and identification.

Delivery of money through rapid transfer of Forsage

The express delivery of "Forsage" takes place within two to three hours. The funds are sent to the post office or the point of issue where the service is relevant. The first option is in the category of "direct delivery" and the second is in the category of "undirected". The Commission varies according to the amount transferred and the type of delivery:

Rubles Interest
Address Up to 3,000. 150
Up to 7,500. 300
Up to 500,000. No more than 2,000. 1.7
Undirected Up to 3,000. 99
Up to 300,000. >149 and 1000

How do you send alimony by mail?

Postage support is listed if the recipient ' s residence does not contain a bank office and does not have a plastic card, most often when a woman and her children live in a village. The former payer must then know the details of the money transfer by post and the step-by-step action algorithm.

How does a physical person get alimony through the mail?

The obligation to pay maintenance for minor children is established for parents living apart from them; divorce is not required in such a case; the obligation arises on the basis of an executive sheet (IL) obtained in court or a notary ' s maintenance agreement.

In both cases, the recipient is entitled to request payment of money by post.

The person required to do so must fulfil the following:

  1. Contact the post office in advance and fill in the mail form, then hand it over to the staff member.
  2. Hand over the money to the commission, they'll be handed over to the recipient in a few days.

It's important! It's possible and can be done in an anonymous way, depending on the method chosen. You have to get a passport when you go to the office.

The postal form is issued directly to the office and the following information will be required for filling it out:

  • Amount to be transferred;
  • FIO, payer ' s address;
  • FIO, recipient ' s address;
  • Payment - child support (FIO);
  • Passport data;
  • The sender's signature.

A text message up to 70 characters is available along with the translation. If necessary, it can be delivered to the house for an additional commission.

If the applicant has transferred an IL or a maintenance agreement to the payer ' s place of employment, an accountant makes payments from his/her salary; if necessary, they may be made through Russia ' s Post Office.

  • The number of days worked by the payer during the period;
  • Amount of salary;
  • I.L. number or agreement, date of discharge;
  • the payment of arrears or payment over a period of time.

Maintenances must be received at the intervals specified in the agreement or IL: monthly, quarterly, etc. For example, if the IL indicates that payments are made on the 8th of each month, the funds must be paid up to that time.

It is also important to know: How can we give up child support?

In accordance with Russia ' s internal postal regulations, the time for the delivery of Russian translations is 2-3 days depending on the type; in practice there are often delays, so it is recommended that the money be transferred 7-8 days before the mandatory date of arrival.

Possible difficulties

Translation problems are most often caused by senders.

The most common challenges are:

  • Error to address. If the wrong address is specified, the money will be transferred to the wrong address. It is recommended to cancel the transfer if possible.
  • Faulty filling-in of the mail form. If there are errors, the funds cannot be delivered to the recipient.
  • Unjustified indication of payment: If the sender does not indicate that the finance is paid as maintenance, the recipient will be able to recover it again.
  • Visits to the post office without a passport; identity certification for money transfers is compulsory.

The fault of a third party is that delays occur only because the payment system is "lost", i.e. the money is transferred remotely.

The merits and disadvantages of post-translation

Benefits and disadvantages of the transfer of maintenance through the Russian Post Office:

The wide network of post offices is over 40,000, compared to a total of 20,000 in Sberbank. Long delivery times are two to three days.
The possibility of obtaining money without a bank card Frequent delays, usually not on the scheduled date, but later.
Delivery of finance to any location of a country or other States Difficulties in rescission of translation with incorrect identification of requisitions on the form
You can order a transfer with a delivery to the house. Lack of cash on receipt of funds through the post office
A higher commission for the transaction than the banks
Large line of receipt of office finance

What if the mail is delayed?

If the Russian Post Office is delayed, the sender is entitled to leave a request for translation, and a clean form can be taken from the office through which he was sent.

This is also important to know: Transfer of maintenance to the child ' s bank account

The request shall be made within 30 calendar days, the results of which shall be communicated by registered letter; for international shipments, the time limit shall be extended to four months from the time the money is sent.

According to the UK of the Russian Federation, if maintenance is delayed, a penalty of 0.1 per cent of the total amount for each day of delay shall be imposed on the person responsible for the late delivery to the recipient, in this case the Russian Post Office.

The sender is required to compensate for the amount of the transfer, the commission and the losses he has suffered - the penalty; if the post office refuses to return the money or is unable to recover the payment, the complaint shall be submitted to a higher unit of the FGP or to the Ministry of Communications.

The complaint is available through the State Services portal; if a citizen does not have a certified account, the claim is submitted to the branch at which the transfer was originally made.

It will not be possible to recover damages if the delay was not caused by the Russian Post Office:

  • Natural disasters;
  • The seizure of documentation or money by public authorities;
  • incorrect filling-in of the mail form by the sender.

In the above cases, maintenance will be provided to the recipient.

The amount of maintenance money shall be determined between the former spouses on the basis of a voluntary agreement by a notary or by a compulsory decision on the basis of an execution sheet; in the latter case, the spouse who is liable to pay the alimony shall be paid an executive note and the payment shall be made through a bailiff ' s account.

An agreement between the former spouses is provided for in addition to the amount of maintenance paid, the frequency and days of payment, and the manner in which the funds are transferred to the recipient ' s account.

A representative of a child designated by law, or of the child himself or herself, may be granted to him or her, provided that he or she has reached the age of 14.

If the maintenance worker assumes that it is not appropriate for a spouse to spend his or her money, he or she may charge up to 50 per cent of the child ' s expense account.

Postal translation is one of the simplest ways of paying maintenance, and there are post offices in all cities of Russia, which allows payment to be made on time; this method is used by a spouse who does not have regular income and is unemployed.

Basic rules

The postal translation enables the parent, even if far away from his or her child, to systematically transfer the money to his or her maintenance, and a number of rules must be observed when the transfer takes place:

Payment must be made systematically and in accordance with the terms of the voluntary agreement or executive list:

  • 1 time per month;
  • Quarter;
  • Half-year/year.

Information on the payment should be provided in the relevant box of the form; write that the money is translated into maintenance payments.

Remittances must be made within three days of the receipt of income (wage) and, if maintenance is determined by a court decision, more information must be provided in the postal transfer form. The following data should be provided:

  • Period for which maintenance payments are made;
  • Amount of income received during the period under review;
  • Number of days worked during the period;
  • The amount of the payer ' s income tax;
  • Amount of maintenance;
  • Information on the total amount of maintenance debt, with an indication of the remaining amount (in the case of debt generation).

Debt in the maintenance situation is often generated by a lack of payment at a given time or by a small amount of payer ' s income; the indication of the number of days worked, the amount of income, makes it possible to detail the income received and the ability of the payer to avoid further litigation.

A parent who makes maintenance payments under a voluntary agreement must also protect himself from possible misunderstandings and provide detailed information on the subject in the mail transfer form, as follows:

  • The recipient of the funds and their appointment;
  • The amount transferred;
  • Address data and the recipient ' s postal code.

Cost of postage transfer of maintenance and commission

A new and particularly popular postal transfer allows up to 15,000 roubles to be placed on the bank ' s map, which will be deposited within five days; this is a very convenient method in the absence of banks, ATMs and terminals.

The commission fee or the cost of services is directly dependent on the amount transferred; for example, postage charges are calculated as a percentage of:

  • 40 rubles for carrying out the transfer operation and 5 per cent of the amount transferred, but not more than 1,000 rubles.
  • 50 rubles for transfer and 4 per cent of the amount if she is injured by 5,000 rubles;
  • 150 roubles for transfer and 2 per cent of the amount if the amount transferred is between 5 and 20,000 roubles;
  • The cost of the transfer services, ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 roubles, would be 250 roubles for the processing of the transfer and 1.5 per cent for the transfer.

The price of the postage fee is paid by the payer and it is necessary to keep the departure receipts as proof of the transfer.

The transfer of money through the Russian Post Office allows for the transfer of up to 15,000 roubles from hard-to-reach areas: rural villages and small towns.

Procedure for non-receipt of translation

Sometimes there are situations where money transfers have not been made.

In the event of such a situation, the payer ' s place of work must be contacted and the payment of maintenance must be confirmed (if the payment is made by voluntary agreement).

If the decision to pay maintenance has been taken in court, the beneficiary of the maintenance must apply to the bailiffs, and the bailiff must verify the transfer of part of the maintenance fee by the organization.

If the transfer was not carried out through the fault of third parties: the post office staff, the accountant of the enterprise, etc., they may be prosecuted under article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for obstructing the execution of the judgement.

Legal difficulties in the payment of post support

Remittances through mail are sometimes difficult.

When the money is transferred by mail, and without indicating that the transfer was made as a maintenance transfer, it may be difficult to recognize it as a payment of maintenance.

In this case, the court considers such a transfer to be voluntary and non-reimbursable assistance to the child, and this is only a fact confirming the parent ' s involvement in the child ' s upbringing.

These transfers are considered to be a child ' s gift; therefore, it is necessary to specify the purpose of the payment, to keep all payment receipts; otherwise, the bailiff may be charged with a debt on the part of the payer.

How to send and list alimony by mail

Voluntary child support payments may be made in a variety of ways, including:

  • Personal transfer to the recipient;
  • Making a payment on the map;
  • Use mail as a calculation tool.

In doing so, the manner in which the property obligation is performed may be determined by two methods:

  • Voluntaryly agreed by the parents - they shall indicate in a notarized agreement the amount of payment, the frequency of its receipt and the manner of receipt, or shall be limited at all to an oral agreement;
  • The procedure is determined by the judicial authority and is recorded in the relevant judicial act and the executive record issued on that basis.

In the event of voluntary performance, even if the employer or bailiff has been issued but not handed over, the payer has the right to choose the simplest and most convenient way to pay the salary, which often becomes the payment of maintenance through the post office.

Note: The way in which funds are transferred is determined on the basis of specific life circumstances; for example, when a former spouse lives outside the city, this may be the most appropriate, or even the only, option.

In addition, in the case of the transfer of maintenance by post, the payer is given unconditional confirmation of the receipt, which is a receipt, and in the case of a personal transfer of money, a receipt of maintenance is required.

How do you pay alimony through the mail if it's being collected by a court of law?

Any post office on Russian territory will be suitable for carrying out the transfer, as long as the prescribed frequency of payments is observed.

The amount of the transfer must be in full conformity with the amount of the maintenance obligation and must be accompanied by an indication on the transfer form of the identifying payment of information; the specific list of information depends on whether the compulsory or voluntary order is the basis of the maintenance obligation.

If the decision is made by the court and the alimony must be paid in proportion to the salary, the reason for the transfer must be written:

  • The period for which the listing is made;
  • The actual days worked by the payer during the period indicated;
  • The amount of his income during this period;
  • Abstention from NPFL ' s wages;
  • Amount paid as alimony;
  • If there was a debt, the remainder and the amount of the debt.

IMPORTANT: Don't forget to include all this information in the section "For a written message to the back of the form! Such requirements shall ensure transparency of the transfer procedure and shall exempt the parties from further misunderstandings regarding the calculation.

How do you send alimony by mail voluntarily?

When the basis of the maintenance obligation is an agreement, oral or written, only the following must be filled in:

  • The recipient ' s FIO;
  • Its address;
  • The amount transferred and its designation.

In order for the transfer to take place, the payer must be provided with a passport and, upon completion of the transaction, a receipt must be issued indicating the category and type of dispatch, the recipient and the transfer number.

The post office also offers a service of transferring funds to the maintenance card, but only if less than 15,000 roubles are transferred, which in most cases is fully applicable to the maintenance situation.

The amount of the postage fee is based on the amount of payment (as of June 2015):

  • If alimony is less than 1,000 rubles, 40 rubles will have to be paid as well as 5% of the sum;
  • With a sum greater than 1,000 but less than 5,000 (inclusive), the payment is 50 roubles plus 4%;
  • Between 5,000 and 20,000 roubles - 150 and 2%;
  • And when the payment is significant, between 20,000 and 500,000 roubles, 250 and 1.5 per cent of the sum.

The fees are paid in excess of the payer ' s payer ' s salary, and it is important to retain payment receipts in order to avoid possible questions or errors in future calculations.
